Refund Policy

At Veda Health Life (VHL), we aim to provide high-quality Ayurvedic products and excellent customer service. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.

  • You received a wrong product different from your order.

  • You informed us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photo/video).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or partially used products.

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Products returned without prior approval.

4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact us with your order number, details, and proof of issue.

  • Once verified, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of COD orders, we may require bank details for refund transfer.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless the product delivered was damaged or incorrect.
