1. Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take longer (up to 10–12 business days).
Delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the checkout page before payment.
Free shipping may be offered on selected products or minimum order values during promotions.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking ID.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the customer is unavailable, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we deliver only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
