Living with PCOD made me hyper-aware of the little things we’re rarely taught to talk about — intimate hygiene, discomfort, insecurity, and simply feeling good in your own body.
I created Ayu Babe to make intimate care feel less complicated, less embarrassing, and more like what it should be: self-care.
Rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom and made for modern women, this is care I genuinely wanted for myself and now, for every babe who deserves it.
